Populate Excel Table Rows From Another Excel Table Column Header

Hello,

I have two tables and would like the column headers from one table to populate the rows of another column. The purpose of this is to be able to manually populate data in both tables. The underlined areas is where I would like to manually enter data.

Table 1

Cat Dog Turtle Rabbit
3 1 1 6

Table 2

Cat Mammal
Dog Mammal
Turtle Reptile
Rabbit Mammal
Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For business | Windows

    I am still looking for help. In my example (maybe a poor example) I am trying to populate the values from the headers in Table 1 as Column A in Table 2 then manually enter data in Column B on Table 2. In the great example from Herbert I don't believe there was a way to manually enter data in the resulting table.
