Microsoft Sway Refresh Page

Hello everybody,

We start using Sway in our school, all of our users keep getting the below message, I tried different browsers, networks and laptops, I tried the Sway application and keep getting the same message,

please help us in this,

    Since we cannot reproduce the same situation as yours, and you encountered the issue with different browsers, we're afraid the possible reason of this issue is related to the back-end(likely caused by the server-side) or issue with your organization tenant level.

    The best way to troubleshoot the issue is to report the issue to the related Team. We’d suggest you contact your office 365 administrator to go to Office 365 Admin Center-> Support-> New Service Request, the support engineers there have the correct escalation channel and this is the most efficient way to report such issue. You can refer to this article to check the way how to raise a ticket. Ways to contact support for business products - Admin help.

    At the same time, we have also set a primary thread for such issue, you can also monitor this thread, and if we have any updates, we will post back in that thread as soon as possible, and if you have any questions, you can also post there.     Hi Waleed Gha,

    First, my pleasure to assist you.

    Based on my test result, I'm able to open and use Microsoft Sway app and I checked there is no any related service incident.

    As per your description, since you already tried different bowser and different device and issue happened to all of users in your organization. In this scenario, the possible reason of this issue is related to the back-end(likely caused by the server-side) or issue with your organization tenant level , if you don't mind( my humbly request please don't mins) I suggest your contact IT admin of your organization as soon as possible and raise a ticket in Office 365 admin center-> Support-> New Service Request. Please don’t mind that we couldn’t provide further assistance because need to check from back-end side and we appreciate your efforts in this case. The support team will involve more resources to check from the back end and find what exactly reason has caused this issue and provide further help.
