SharePoint Will Not Load

Whenever I attempt to access SharePoint site I get an error where it states, "Getting you files set up on SharePoint is taking longer than expected" "Try closing this page and coming back later"

This error occurs on both Edge and Chrome and has lasted for more than a few days. Does anyone have a suggestion? I am attempting to provide an option to the firm I work for to try using SharePoint for file storage options. However, if the files can't be brought into SharePoint to begin with we likely have hit a roadblock out of the gate. We currently use Teams a great deal so SharePoint should already be in use for that.

Any suggestions?

    Generally, it takes a couple of minutes to set up the OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online for the user and if it's taking more time, I request you check the following article: Troubleshooting guide to OneDrive for Business sites stopped at provisioning stage
