how to one copy and multiple cells paste in ms access

For example in ms excel use ctrl + d

but not working in ms access

I want to paste a data somewhere in all the columns

    Normally, if simply use an Update Query to perform such a task.

    Users shouldn't ever be working in tables or queries, but going through forms where you can create such functionality of necessary using VBA. If this is for you as the administrator, then learn to use Insert, Update and Delete queries as they will become very useful to you!

    Access is NOT a spreadsheet. An Access table is not a collection of rows and columns. Its compriosed of records and fields.

    You can do some copy and paste functions, generally within a record. But to block paste a column isn't going to work.

    If you need to modify blocks of records, an UPDATE query is generally the way to go.

    You should Google the subject of creating queries, Insert queries, Update queries, ...
