Printing PDF as Simple Markup

Hello All,

My problem is that while printing or exporting a word file as pdf, the review bar ("Changed Lines" is the term of it in Advanced Track Change Options) is changing to black.

Normally, there is almost no difference between All Markup and Simple Markup in "Review -> Tracking" , both of them can be changed as so being the same with eachother except the revision bar (Changed Lines) color.

According to other help items here, I understand that there is no option for changing the color of this line. I hope Microsoft would update this section by adding an option for color change.

The main problem is that while printing or exporting the file as a pdf, there is no option for selecting Simple Markup (with red colored line). It is automatically selecting the All Markup and printing as per its settings.

This settings looks not user friendly and forcing user to use only All Markup Display setting.

Is there any other way to set Simple Markup as default view for printing?

To control what is shown in the "All Markup" view (and also printed and converted to PDF), you can change the desired settings in the Advanced Track Changes Options dialog box.

As you have noticed, what you can't change is the color of the Changed Lines. You can change almost everything else, though. See screen shot below.
