Not able to send request from AWS Container

Hi,

I am calling AzureFormRecognizer from a Docker container in my python code.
I am able to call the service from my local laptop environment, however, when I deploy it to my AWS Staging Environment, it returns a 400 error code.

There is an error in the processing. Error: <urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7fc154131700>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known

Can I know what could be the issue?

I have checked my AWS Environment. Within the same container, it is able to call other APIs. So I suspect the root cause is in my azure set up.

@azure admin Thanks for the question. Can you please add more details about the steps that you performed. Did you submit an online request, and receive approval.

Please follow the document for Request approval to run container below for more information. Currently it supports the following Host Computers.

I am running it on a docker container with python:3 as the base image. Works fine on my laptop but not on aws cluster.
