You can't save the whole 35 pages as one JPG. Even if you could it would never work on a website.
You can save each page as a JPG. Select the first page thumbnail in the navigation pane > File > Save As > JPG. Select second page thumbnail and again Save as a JPG with perhaps the same file name plus a number for the page such as pubfile01.jpg and pubfile02,jpg etc. Also be sure to save as 96 dpi which is suitable for the web. You can now insert each picture where you want it on your website.
The better alternative is to save as a PDF. File > Save As > PDF > optimize for 'minimum size' for viewing on the web. Then upload the entire pdf file and link to it from your web page. All users have a pdf viewer installed these days and the quality and continuity of your publication will exceed that of a jpg.
