retention label

Hello, my issue is with a retention label applied to an outlook folder. The item says it is expired but the expiration is suspended and does not delete. The goal is to lower the risks in mailbox because we receive sensitive information. The policy is set to 1 week delete.

Based on my research, please check Managed Folder Assistant and see if you need to use the Start-ManagedFolderAssistant cmdlet to manually trigger the assistant to process a specified mailbox.
