How to add multiple email to collect responses via Microsoft Forms?

Hi,

I have created a survey, and would like to distribute out the survey forms to a large number of responders.

Is there a way to copy paste a large batch of responder into the forms at once? Seems like it only allows me to input the email 1 by 1 at the moment.

Appreciate anyone to point out a better way to do this.

    Dear H3nG93,

Good days, thanks for querying in this forum, We’re happy to help you.

From your description, it seems that you have created a form in Microsoft Forms and you want to send the form to multiple users. However, you found you can only type the one account in form.

If my understanding is right, we will give you some workarounds and hope that will help you:

    1. You can go to Microsoft 365 admin center > Groups > create a new Microsoft 365 group > then you can add those users into this group. After creating group, you can input the group email address under the Microsoft Forms shared box.
    2. Or you can go to this form > click collect responses > select Only people in my organization can respond, then you can copy the link and paste into Outlook email, then you can copy multiple email addresses in Outlook and send the form link with multiple users.

If the scenario above is not consistent with yours, you can also post back and point that.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
