Hi,

I want to available a shared one drive folder offline for an entire team. It is doable for my own.

Requirement: I have a folder in one drive which is shared with a group of people. As I created the folder it is available in the offline mode in my local system (File explorer), however it is not available offline in the other people's local system. Is there any way to do that from my account without putting any effort from the other user's end.

    Dear Ashique,

Thanks for your updates with detailed information.

The better way may be to deploy a network shared folder for UserB and UserC to access the local sync folder of the shared folders.

    Sincerely,

The main concern is that Any Shared Folder is not available for offline access.

Let's say we have three users - UserA, UserB, UserC. Now, UserA has created a folder and shared it with UserB and UserC. The folder is avilable offline for UserA (as it has been created by UserA) but it is not available offline for UserB or UserC. Is there any way to make the shared folder available offine for UserB and UserC as well given that UserB and UserC will not have to do anything from their individual end like adding shortcut or anything? As UserA is the developer and UserB and UserC are the business representative, UserA will set the functionalities up for the UserB and UserC; UserB and UserC don't want to perform any task from there end, they just want the offline access of the shared folder.

    Hello,

Thanks for reply. If you are saying to create the synced folder inside the Shared Folder, I have already done it. However, the local offline replica of the shared folder is not present in the other user's (with whom the folder is shared) local offline replica system (i.e. windows file explorer).

    Dear Ashique,

    Welcome to the forum here.

If you have access to the external users' network shared folder, you can put the local sync folder to it as a doable way.

@QZ, it seems that you encounter another issue in your environment. I suggest you post a new thread on our forum for expert help.

Thanks for your effort and time!

    Sincerely,
