Hello - my @mention in all microsoft applications to people within my organization keeps being removed. I found something online about how to fix this for PC users, but there is nothing for mac users. It was working up until a few weeks ago.

  • Can you tell us your Word and Mac version to us?
  • Word; Click Word>About Word then give us a screenshot.
  • Mac: Click Apple icon>About the Mac .
  • Can you give us a screenshot that show the @mention feature was removed in office applications?

Hope the suggestion can help you. And If there have any unclear or misunderstanding, please feel free to post back and we’ll continue to help you all the time!

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated! Hope you have a good day and keep safe!
