Sharepoint Board View: problem with json formatting - buckets shifted after flow is executed

Hi,

ich have done some json formatting with a sharepoint list in a board view. Everything works well but each time when a new list item ist created with a flow or when a list item is moved to an other bucket with a flow, then everything gets messed up. All the buckets are suddenly displayed under each other instead of next to each other. When reloading the page then everything is fine again, unitl the next time a flow does something.

I have no idea how to even start investigating where the problem is.....

I am also experiencing this issue with Board view. I have a flow setup to create an item on the SP list when an e-form is submitted. If you are in the Board you will see it "glitch" and then instead of the horizontal columns it stacks them vertically. If you refresh your browser it will go back to horizontal. I have tried multiple browsers and multiple users have experienced the same issue.

    Dear Siat_346

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, it seems that when you a new list item ist created with a flow, all the buckets will become mess up in sharepoint list with json formatting in Board view.

To help you better and moving forward, we would like to collect more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing. Please kindly share with us the information below so that we can do a test on our end to find the root cause:

    • Can you tell us how did you create the JSON code and the flow?
    • Can you provide the Json code you're using?
    • Does other sharepoint list experienced the same behavior?
    • Please try to change to a different browser or use inprivate window to check the behavior.

We’re looking forward to your reply and will continue to help you all the time!  If there are any misunderstanding or unclear, you can post back in your free time.
