Hyper Links not opening

Hi,

So I am trying to create an employee training excel to organize all of our training in one place.

We have a server (Egnyte) that holds all of our files (for protection) and we can have links for easy sharing and access.

I don't want the full links to be visible so I have been using the "HYPERLINK" function, but some of the links aren't working.

If I simply copy the link into a URL it works fine and even if I paste the full link address into a cell (not clean looking like I want it) the link will open. I'm at a standstill trying to get the "HYPERLINK" function to work.
