Greetings for the day! Thanks for contacting Microsoft support and I'm glad to help you. Could you please try following steps to exclude the corrupted tab.
- Please check the OneDrive status at this link provided by Microsoft - https://portal.office.com/servicestatus. This will give a detailed connection info about your PC or mobile
- If everything is green in above link, kindly follow below steps. Else try the suggested workaround.
- Install all Office updates from this link - https://support.microsoft.com/office/2ab296f3-7f03-43a2-8e50-46de917611c5
- Try to logoff from OneDrive app (I hope this is would attempted already). Make sure you clear the temp files and do a safe reboot the machine. You can start Safe Mode using the F8 key during start up
- If you encounter the OneNote not syncing when running the program, you can check whether it works normally on the Web Step 1: Launch OneNote, click File and select Info. Step 2: On the right window, right-click the link and choose Copy to continue. Step 3: Open the Web browser. Paste this link to the browser and hit Enter to open this notebook.

- Try to sync a notebook manually, especially when you are working with others on a shared notebook Step 1: Launch OneNote, click File and choose Info to continue. Step 2: In the pop-up window, click View Sync Status button on the right side to continue. In the pop-up Shared Notebook Synchronization window, click Sync Now to continue.
If nothing works, please follow below steps to reset OneDrive,
- Go to Control Panel>User Accounts>credential manager>Windows Credentials, check if there’s any “OneDrive” credentials, if so, remove the credentials.
- Right click the OneDrive icon > Settings > Account > Unlink this PC > Unlink this account
- On the Windows’ task bar, Click the Window icon to bring up the Start Menu or type it in the search field “OneDrive.”
- Click on the Windows icon to open the start menu.
- After opening the start menu, type “OneDrive” into the search box. Click on OneDrive to open it. It will then ask you to sign in.
- To sync the OneDrive changes, please run the "Onedrive.exe /reset" command in run.
