My question is why file will not open something went wrong

Where was the file saved?
If it was saved to OneDrive, right click on the file in OneDrive and then on Version History and see if you can open an earlier version.
If that is not the case, if you send me a copy of the document, referencing this thread in the covering email message, I will investigate the issue.

and intime06.docx cant open

This is one of five files that will not open. I have other files that open Ok. The only way I see the files is by using search button on top of the page. The five are in a separate list (above) the ones that do open Ok. Thank you for any help you can give. The intime files are the start of my new book.
Please post the exact wording of the message you see. Is it with one file or all of them?
