Hi Ale Fra,
Thank you for posting in the community forum.
As per your description of the issue, you want to use your OneNote on your Android app, but you can’t find your notebooks.
If the above description of the problem is correct for the situation you encountered, we do apologize and understand the inconveniences caused.
I understand that you can open the notebook in Android that you have created in the OneNote for Android itself, I believe you can’t open the notebook that you have created in your desktop, right? OneNote notebooks are stored/synced to cloud such as personal OneDrive, OneDrive for business or SharePoint online, so the first thing we need to determine whether the notebook you are looking for is synced to the cloud or not. For this, open a browser (open it in Android), go to Office 365 portal and sign in with your work or school account, if required, then click OneDrive tile, find the notebook you are looking for, click it to open in OneNote for Android. You can also check the notebook in OneDrive app if you have it installed on Android device.
In case the notebook is not visible in personal OneDrive or OneDrive for business in the first place, then I suppose there must be some sync issue on your desktop that is preventing OneNote for Android app from finding the notebook. Please check the following article to ensure that the notebook in desktop app is synced successfully to OneDrive for the browser.
If the notebook were created in OneNote for Windows 10, see Sync notebooks in OneNote for Windows 10 - Microsoft Support
For OneNote app, see Sync a notebook in OneNote for Windows - Microsoft Support
If the issue persists, please provide us with the following information for us to understand the scenario:
- May I know whether the notebook is stored in personal OneDrive or OneDrive for business?
- Is the notebook visible in OneDrive for the web?
- May I know how you are opening the notebook in OneNote for Android?
Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated. Stay safe and have a nice day.
Sincerely,
