Queries and Connection is Not Visible

Hi,

I just have a question. Hope you can help me. Why I cannot see in the queries and connection pane all my existing queries?

I can still rightly click the table and still be able to see updated data being refreshed.

But the issue is that without the queries being visible in the queries and connection pane I cannot edit the queries if there are things that I need to edit.

Also, I do not have visibility if the refresh is done.

I've checked if there are updates but it says that I am up to date.

Need your help, please.

    Dear Alcris Jacob,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Based on your description, query connection not present in the "Queries & Connections" in Excel. To not delay your work, you can check whether you can see the Query tab when clicking a cell in the query, and then click Edit, like the below image:

To check whether the problem is related to a specific file or the Excel application, could you please try to create a new simple file to see the result?

If the problem doesn't happen on a new file, then the problem might be related to this specific file. Then you can try to copy the content to the new one.

If the problem also happens on a new file, the problem might be related to the app. Here are some suggestions, and I hope they can help you:

    1. You can try Office safe mode to determine if the third party add-ins affect the office program.
    2. Try to fix Office client, by performing a repair. Try a quick repair first, and if that doesn't work, try the online repair.

If the problem persists, please provide some information for me:

    1. A screenshot of your Office Product Information(open Excel>File>Account>capture a screenshot of the Product Information column)
    2. Does the problem happen on all the Excel files? Or this specific file?
