I received an email notifying me of the renewal of my Microsoft 365 subscription, however I do not want to keep it for this year. In addition, the email said that if I canceled before 30 days, I would have the option to request my money back. I canceled it today, before 30 days and there is no return option within your cancellation options.

    Hello Valentina

You can get a refund but need to chat with a support advocate to get the refund.

    https://support.microsoft.com/office/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription-46e2634c-c64b-4c65-94b9-2cc9c960e91b

    Open the link https://support.microsoft.com/home/expcontact

Type "Microsoft 365" in the field then click the "Get Help" button.

If you are not signed in, click Sign in to Contact Support at the bottom of the page and log in with your Microsoft account

Under Products and Services, select the Microsoft 365 and Office option.

Under Category, select Manage Subscription the click Confirm.

Click "Chat with a support agent in your browser" and follow the onscreen instructions to get an agent.

Refunds should be processed within 3-5 days.
