How do I fix Error code 8004de44

Hi,

I have multiple One Drive folders for different clients - one of which has stopped syncing giving this error codeError code 8004de44.

How can it be fixed? I have attached a picture as well.

    As per your description, please don’t worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

    Here is article according to your error message for your reference; Error AADSTS50020 - User account from identity provider does not exist in tenant

    As per your error message, could you please ask your organization admin to check if they have added you as a guest user or added you as a guest user from Azure Active Directory side. To check this: Go to Azure Active Directory portal > Users > Check you are added as a guest user or if you are not there, ask them to add your user account as Guest user and then check the result.

    Meanwhile, could you please try to sign-in www.Office.com with your account and click on OneDrive icon to see if you are able to open OneDrive library in a browser or not, it will help for us to narrow your problem.

    Moreover, troubleshooting details are shown below

    Request Id: ******************* Correlation Id: af********************ca6 Timestamp: 2022-08-25T15:29:48Z Message: AADSTS50020: User account '6370146021@student.********' from identity provider 'https://sts.w*************does not exist in tenant *****' and cannot access the application '*************'(OneDrive SyncEngine) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
