Yes! I went to the email home tab and clicked "Get Add-ins" I was then able to see the Polls app not being added, so I added it, and I was able to see the Polls tab when I clicked "New email."

The only difference from Microsoft website is that my Polls tab is automatically added on the Message tab instead of the Insert tab.

    Hi Tanya Hsu,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

I understand that you can't enable the poll tool in outlook email and can see Poll under insert in the ribbon.

After some research and test, I’d like to share you some information about the issue:

To use the poll toll in emails, the Forms license need to be assigned to a user. If the admin turns off Microsoft Forms for a user, that person can't use Microsoft Forms. In this situation, we suggest you contact your admin to have a check whether the Forms license is assigned to your account. If not, please ask the admin to assign the license following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/add-users/add-users?view=o365-worldwide.

After the license assignment, please check your outlook again, if the option still does not exist, please try to reconfigure your account to the Outlook to have a check.

Please let me know after the actions above, if any further support is needed, please reply to this thread, I will keep assisting your issues.
