When I see messages like this, I am not filled with confidence with the Microsoft community platform. I am finding that everything Microsoft is getting worse and worse. The downgrading of apps is unacceptable.

    Another expert on the community provided a great feedback on this:

    "This is occurring here on the Community if you do not have an email associated with your account on the Community. It is just a bug."
