MS Forms other features

Question

Hi,

I am creating a request form using MS Forms for our stakeholders. Is there a feature that will allow the following within MS Forms:

1. Able to select 'multiple answers' on a 'drop-down' mode?
2. Create a pop-up message when selecting a date less than two weeks (for example) or not allowing to select a date if less than two weeks?

Any recommendation or suggestion would be very helpful. Thanks!

Hi ,

I'm Mukesh and I will be happy to help you out with your question.

To create a drop down follow these steps:

-Choose dropdown as question type on Microsoft Forms
-List all answers you would like to add as dropdown on an excel sheet
-On excel sheet, select all and copy (CTRL+C)
-Paste (CTRL+V) them to first answer option space on Microsoft Forms

Sorry but pop up is not possible with Forms. If we wanted to do this for an internal survey we would need to use Power Apps. Many had requested this feature and may be added soon.

I guess users cannot see multiple answers in the dropdown and it is by design. Let me check this real quick and get back to you.

Hi Mukesh,

Thank you for your reply. We can do drop-down as question type, unfortunately, audience can only select one answer from the drop-down. I would like to know if it is possible to choose multiple answers from the drop-down question.
