To create a drop down follow these steps:
-Choose dropdown as question type on Microsoft Forms
-List all answers you would like to add as dropdown on an excel sheet
-On excel sheet, select all and copy (CTRL+C)
-Paste (CTRL+V) them to first answer option space on Microsoft Forms
Sorry but pop up is not possible with Forms. If we wanted to do this for an internal survey we would need to use Power Apps. Many had requested this feature and may be added soon.
