adalcache error

In Teams, I receive this error: "Microsoft Teams wants to use your confidential information storied in “adalcache” in your keychain". I tried to exit all Office apps and delete this in the keychain (per the suggestion of this community) but this file won't delete: "..com.microsoft.adalcache". What is the solution (and please speak in layman's terms). Thank you.
