Thanks for the detailed reply. Seeking something more along the lines of automatic redaction of specific field contents, a la DoForms. This may be via Power Automate, where a routine encrypts or processes the input string.

    Dear awps_S

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, it seems that you want to know if you can edit the Forms field after the form upload or sync to OneDrive.

Generally, only the Forms owner can edit the form field. May I know how did you upload the Form to OneDrive?

If you upload the Form to OneDrive by +New>Link

Then paste the Form URL and type a name for the form in OneDrive. The Form can be edited by the Form owner

I other words, if the form owner can open the form which he created by himself, he can edit the Form.

If there are any misunderstanding or unclear, you can post back in your free time. We’re looking forward to your reply and will continue to help you all the time!

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,
