I have received a preliminary response from Microsoft where they suggested the link below. You can try it unless you have already done so.

Looking more closely at this, I see that Persian is missing from the link at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/language-accessory-pack-for-office-82ee1236-0f9a-45ee-9c72-05b026ee809f#ID0EBBF=Office_2013 as well.

I'll try and find out if this is intentional or if it is a mistake.

If you need Persian, you can download the Office language pack from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/language-accessory-pack-for-office-82ee1236-0f9a-45ee-9c72-05b026ee809f#ID0EBBF=Office_2013.

On the other hand, if you don't need Persian spellcheck, you can just ignore the message.

    Hello

I am Prakash and I will be glad to assist you today with your question.

I will suggests that the open document contains text formatted in a language whose proofing tools you haven't installed or that no proofing tools have been installed for your default proofing language.

You can download Office 2013 proofing tools from https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=35400. Pick the appropriate language in the drop down list.

I hope this information helps to answer your question. Kindly let me know how it goes and do not hesitate to reach out to me for any additional help.

    Thank you
    Prakash
