I have some problems changing OneDrive-Sync 'folder name' in my desktop

Dear all,

I need you help about changing Sync folder name of OneDrive in my desktop.

Original name of my organization is 탁xx,

but in some documents programs, I cannot use files that their file path named only in English.

So, I changed my tenant name 탁xx -> xxxx

However, I can see changed tenant name on web browser but when i try to set OneDrive sync,

the sync folder only named in '탁xx'.

Is there additional setting that i should do?

Greetings! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft forum.

I understand you changed the organization name, but the OneDrive sync app still shows the old name. May I know when you changed the organization name? Generally, it takes from 48-72 hours for the new name to reflect in every service associated to the Microsoft 365 plan. I will suggest you please wait for 72 hours and then try setting up the OneDrive sync app.

Further, the computers on which OneDrive syn app is already setup, the new name will not reflect automatically in the File Explorer. To show the new name in File Explorer, the OneDrive sync app would need a fresh setup or be unlinked/relinked (stop the sync, delete the old OneDrive folder and setup up OneDrive syn client again to the new folder).

I changed the organization name only 4~5 hours ago.
