Please help us in isolating the issue by considering the following information:
- Have you checked to make sure it's not slow internet connection issue?
- Have you tried enabling the “Disable GPU hardware acceleration “option in Teams > click your three dots on the left of the profile photo > Choose Settings > In Settings, in tab general, > Restart Teams. Please note that Teams runs in the background > Sign in again and test the sharing again
- Have you tried unlocking the padlock icon as follows; settings/system preferences of your Mac > Open the System Preferences app > Go to the Security & Privacy preference > Select the Privacy tab > Scroll through the column on the left and select Screen recording > click the padlock icon at the bottom and enter the password to your account > Once the padlock is ‘unlocked’ > In the pane on the right, select the checkbox next to Microsoft Teams > Quit Microsoft Teams and open it again and check if it works.
