Shared Form issues copying link

Hi there,

I've set up a power automate to populate a spreadsheet from a Form. I'm going to be leaving the company soon so have shared the form, which has broken the power automate. I've found how to fix this issue, and just need to paste the link into the power automate however when I go into the Form > Collect responses in order to copy the link, the screen just freezes. Other colleagues have tried and are getting the same result.

I've tried duplicating the Form and then try and get the new link, but the same issue keeps happening.

Does anyone know why...?

Recently we received reports from different customers about a problem with Microsoft Forms hanging when click "Collect Responses" button!

We really understand it has affected your daily work. Apologies for all the inconvenience caused by it.

Due to this current situation, we recommend you directly contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to create a support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > New service request. The support team over there has higher permission than us, they can involve more resource and investigate the issue from back end as fast as possible. Also, they can help contact the related team very fast if necessary. The more reports they receive from different customers, the faster the investigations to fix the issue soon. This is the most efficient way for handling this case as per the situation. If you are not Admin, please contact your IT Admin to help you raise a ticket by following steps in this article: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Docs. I am sure that our Expert Engineers from that side can address this issue effectively and accurately.
