Linking Formatting Between Sheets in Excel

I extract a report into Excel daily. I manipulate and copy and paste different sections into different sheets that I have created within that workbook. I use color coding a lot. How can I color one line in the master sheet and have the same line automatically change color in the other sheets? And, can I make it so that it works the other way around too, so if I color code something in one of the other sheets, it will update in the master sheet.

TIA!

    Excel doesn't work that way.

If you color cells or ranges based on specific conditions, you can apply conditional formatting to both the source range and target range. That way the formatting will remain coordinated.
