    Please follow below steps which will help to resolve the issue.

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Uninstall Office from Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Select Office Uninstall -> Reboot your computer.
    3. Install Office with latest version from Office.com -> Sign in with your account -> Select Install office.
