PowerPoint Printing incorrectly

Hello!

I'm trying to print off a slide of a PowerPoint but the colors aren't coming out right. Images that I added to the slide are in full color, but the shapes and text I added are all printing in grayscale. For other documents this printer has printed out the same colors so I don't think it's a problem with the printer.

Thanks for the help :)

    Hi, Meghan.

I understand that the printer is not correctly printing a slide in powerpoint. You said the printer printed other documents with those same colors. Were these documents from powerpoint?

If so, I recommend that you create a new PPT file, insert colored shapes and text, and see if the print works. If it works the problem was in the file. If the problem persists, try the alternatives below:

    1. Check that the printer settings are correct.
    2. Make sure your printer drivers are up to date.

    1. If the problem is happening in other office applications try repairing the installation

    → Close all Office programs.

→ Click the Start button , Settings , then Applications .

→ Choose Microsoft Office and click the Modify button.

→ Select Repair Online and then click the Repair button.

    → Restart your computer.

    1. Update the office

File → Accounts → Product Information → Update Options → Update Now.
