Extract formula from excel file

I am dotnet developer and need to extract the formula from the attached excel file which uses goalseek, XIRR and VBA. I struggled a lot to find the formula that calculates the value of the purchase price but not able to get any success.

    sorry I can not download the file from dropbox.

    do you want to run

    solver? add-in which is a build-in .xla file made from micrsoft.

    if you development with dotnet or c#,I am afraid you 'd better write the algorithm yourself rather than ran macro of VBA.

    if possible upload your file here for my download.
