Yes, if your account was expired and the other users would no longer have the permission to access/edit/use the original form.
Here are two choices:
1.If you still want to keep the form under your tenant, you could change the ownership of this form(only for users in the same tenant): Manage Your Forms Easily with Ownership Transfer (microsoft.com) and you will have to send the collaborate link again to the users.
2.If you are going to use another tenant, duplicate your form and save a copy under the new tenant as mentioned in my earlier reply.
