Hi Fam (admin),
First, my pleasure to assist you.
As per your description, please don’t worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.
Generally, the error "Sorry, another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer" appears when another account is already signed in to Office by using a different Microsoft 365 account within the same organization.
If you are sure there is no another account within the same organization is signed in Office, but you still keep getting the error message, I'd like to share following suggestions, you may have a try.
Method1:
First, you need to check how many work or school accounts are in the user system, sometimes multiple sign-in of Work or school accounts will cause this type of issue.
Open Windows Settings and Click on **Accounts>**Under Accounts from the left-hand side click on Access work or school accounts. Now you can see the list of connected Work or school accounts, click on the account which you are not using and then choose Disconnect (or you may Disconnect **** all listed account). After the Disconnect, restart the system once and check for the issue is occurring or not.
Method2:
Sign out of Office and then sign back in:
Select File>Account>**Sign out>**Close the Office product and then restart it>after select File<>Account>Select Sign in and use your credentials to sign back in.
Method3:
You may download Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA Tool) to try to fix this issue.
For reference: Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant
Method4:
You need to do a reactivation. Uninstall your Office product key and remove Office credentials, then reactivate it with your Office 365 account by the steps below:
1.Close all Office applications and sign out all the accounts.
2.Remove the credentials in the Credentials Manager via clicking Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials.
- Windows key + R-> type cmdto open the command prompt window as administrator.
4.Input the following command, type
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16.
If you can't find the path, type
cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16
cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus (copy the last five digits of the product key)
*cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:*the last five digits of the product key
- Reboot the computer and start Office.
6.Try to reactivate your Office with your Office 365 account now.
If issue persists after you try steps above, could you please provide us the version information. To check version: Open any Office e.g., Word>File>Account>Product Information and capture a full screenshot and share here (Please mask your private message for protecting your private message) and we will be tested on that version and verify the result with you.
I appreciate your understanding and stay safe!!
Best regards
Waqas Muhammad
