Microsoft Dev Program - phone number

Hello.

I have had a problem with the Microsoft Dev Program for the last 3 days.

When I try to set up an organization, I provide its name, domain, and my password

When I have to enter my phone number, I get an error:

We're unable to send the code to that number. Please provide a valid cell phone number and try again. MS-CorrelationId: 3239405d-f5f3-4b58-b60a-00698b072e17

There is no repair method working. I would like to add that I cannot create an account on any of my relatives' number.

I know the number fits well and without any typos. My selected country is good.

    I am so sorry about that. This also happened to me before so I totally understand your situation right now. What I can suggest to you is to use a different browser (Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.). You can also try to clear your browser cache or use an incognito to see if it will work. Fingers crossed!

    Then what can I do to create this account?

    I admit that I care about time. As I read on the Internet, this is a Microsoft error. When can a bug be fixed?

    I need to start an organization on Dev Program immediately.

    Lots of people aren't able to verify their phone number when setting up an organization in Dev Program.

    I tried your tips but again a mistake.

    I've assigned my phone number to my account and still can't create a Microsoft Dev Program organization

    With regards to your above query on your MS Dev Program. This issue could occur due to some temporary issues with the verification services. After you click on the option to send a verification code to your phone, you would be presented with a box to enter the code and an option below the box to resend the code. I would suggest you try resending the code.

    Please, try the below instruction for you to be able to receive the code again.

    1. Sign in to your Advanced security options page using your Microsoft Account.
    2. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify then choose how you would like to receive security codes.
    3. We'll send a security code to confirm.
