OneDrive Backup slow

I enable backup option of my OneDrive to backup Documents folder and Pictures folder. Total file size is around 220GB. After 4 days of backup process, only 60GB of files have been uploaded to OneDrive. The speed seems to be quite slow.

I already set no limit on upload speed. What can I do to speed it up?

Make sure you don't have "Metered connection" enabled if your data usage is unlimited. Check your Network settings by going to Start > Settings > Network and Internet.

    Backup?

OneDrive is not a backup, it’s a cloud location of your data.

The default installation of Office 365 and its OneDrive component uploads all the contents of the PC  \My Documents\ folders to OneDrive, (syncs) and there will be a OneDrive folder in File Explorer containing all the OneDrive content. And in Word etc the default Save location is set to OneDrive.

So if you have installed 365 it would be uploading all content to OneDrive, within OneDrive the 'backup' option is something differnet.
