Hi,

Until last Monday, all our links from OneDrive (embedded iframes) in our website were working fine. Somehow after last Monday, all of them are showing

"This item won't load right now"

And the files don't show

For example

<iframe src="https://onedrive.live.com/embed?cid=*****************&amp</a>;resid=F1B5119FC75F6E27%211134&authkey=AG6sMBBh4NgQNF8&em=2" width="704" height="396" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

If you click on the link inside of it you'll see "this item won't load right now" message

https://onedrive.live.com/embed?cid=\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*&amp</a>;resid=F1B5119FC75F6E27%211134&authkey=AG6sMBBh4NgQNF8&em=2

Any idea why?

And when we go back to the files and try to retrieve the embed code again, it shows SharePoint links. For example the file above is now

<iframe src="https://***************.sharepoint.com.sharepoint.com/AQA EzyPhysics/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc={cc1e5225-de5f-425e-aded-814d4337bb84}&action=embedview&wdAr=1.7777777777777777" width="476px" height="288px" frameborder="0">This is an embedded <a target="_blank" href="https://office.com">Microsoft Office</a> presentation, powered by <a target="_blank" href="https://office.com/webapps">Office</a>.</iframe>

    Dear Mr. M H,

Good day. Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Based on your description, after last Monday, all the OneDrive embedded link are broken on your websites.

To help you better, could you please provide some information for me?

    1. If you switch to different browsers, will the same problem happen?
    2. Do your colleagues have the same problem?
    3. Does the problem currently happen on other sites?
    4. May I know that whether your websites are SharePoint Online sites?

    Appreciate your cooperation in advance.

    Sincerely,

    Jazlyn | Microsoft Community Moderator
