Sharepoint List - Add multiple buttons to a single field

Hello there,

is there a way to add multiple buttons in a single field?

For an example of what I mean, see the table below: In the column "Related", think of the dots as buttons or boxes that I can check or uncheck. Ideally these buttons then trigger a flow or do something but I would also already be happy if they would just visually flag the components.

ID Quantity Related
1 25 <ul><li><p data-prewrap="true">2</p></li><li><p data-prewrap="true">3</p></li><li><p data-prewrap="true">4</p></li></ul>

Thanks a lot,

Julian

    Dear Julian,

    Thanks for your updates here.

JSON code may be difficult to meet your requirement. The feasible way in your environment may be to add three buttons in the item form customized with Power Apps and then trigger the three flows by the buttons in Power apps.

Here is one of the demo flow for your reference. The Send the email action is triggered by the button in Power apps.

You can type flow1.Run(DataCardValue1.Text,DataCardValue3.Text) to trigger the flow and do the same things for the left two flows as you like in your environment.

    Result:

Welcome to share any updates when you have time if you need further help on this issue.

    Sincerely,

    Dear _Julian_,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, we understand that you want to add multiple buttons to a single field, and you want to make it connect to flows.

According to my preliminary investigation, we should be able to fulfill your needs through the cooperation of Power App and Power Automate, but the steps may be quite tedious. Therefore, please give us some time to carry out the test, and we will share the test result with you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Sincerely,

    Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator

You can probably do this far more easily with JSON column or view formatting.

That was my original idea because I would know how to do that with one button - but with multiple buttons per field no idea
