Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy A52 with Android 12 which comes with OneDrive preinstalled. When I try to sign in to OneDrive, I get a message that "We couldn't sign you in. Sorry, we can't sign you in right now. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Reinstalled the app, updated, cleared data and cache, nothing helped. Any ideas how to get it working?

Try logging into your Microsoft account directly via settings instead of from onedrive app.

Go to settings/account add an account then add a Microsoft account and follow the steps. This should then show you as an option when opening OneDrive.

    Hello Laurizas,
    I am Jaspreet Singh.
Visit www.onedrive.com with a web browser.
Are you able to login with your account there?
