Lost access to Two-Factor Authentication as admin (and only user) of Microsoft 365 Developer Program

I have joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program to test some features of PowerApps and Power BI before actual launch them under my company 365 subscription.  I have created several projects under this trial version. As the admin, I have created 20 over users accounts in order for myself to login as different users to do the testing. All worked great and I have successfully launched one of the PowerApps which are used by 50 over actual users now under my company 365 subscription.

Due to some issue I have to reset my phone to factory setting without doing the backup of Microsoft Authentication app. I did not set other way to login also. As I am the only admin, there is no other way for me to login my admin account without the approve the sign-in request.

I got the email and password, please get me the access of my account as I have many projects inside this account (******@xxx.onmicrosoft.com).

I have a similar issue. I have access to my 365 developer dashboard, but I don't have access to my ms teams admin that was created with my 365 developer program. Because my old phone has been wiped clean, and the number is also no longer in service. I have a new number now. So I need to contact Data Protection Center? What is their contact info?

I have two 365 developer accounts that I need to fix.

    Thanks.

    Hi Mac,

I have called the customer service hotline you mentioned in the private message and after few transferred, I was told that I will get call back from a member of the Data Protection team within 3 business day (on 29/04/2022) by the Microsoft Support Office 365 +1(206)4299176.

I still haven't received a call back. As I am unable to login to any part of my office account (including Outlook) this is affecting my project schedule, please advise?

P/S: In case you need, the customer service had log a ticket for me and I have a case number.

    Thanks for your time,

    Samsulasset

    Hi Samsulasset,

    Greetings.

Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

In this situation, for security reason, you need to contact our data protection center.

It will be to prove that you are who you say who are. After confirmation, they will be able to help provide the access.

I will share the contacts in a Private Message, feel free to contact them at your convenience.

Please note that it is recommended to have more than one admin account to help with recovery and troubleshooting.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

    Kind regards,

    Mac
