Greetings for the day! I understand your concern and apologies for the inconvenience!
Office activation is onetime and it will force you to register again until the license has been removed from the system.
Please verify whether your subscription is still active or you're using the right account for log in. Also make sure you don't have multiple version of Office installed on your PC.
Step 1: Sign in to Office with the right account If Office asks you to sign in, enter the account you used to buy Office. Before moving on with steps 3, below are the general guidelines to resolve installation or activation issue. Please follow below steps to restore the default settings in Office.
- Close all Office applications.
- Sign-out of your Office account.
- Remove current version of Office from Control panel and a safe reboot. You can start Safe Mode using the F8 key during start up.

- Download the offline installer from your account portal

Once you have reinstalled the latest version of office, please follow instructions to activate license based on the type of purchase you have made.
