Power Automate - process flow to create duplicate items

Hi,

I have a SP list as below and trying to create a process flow to duplicate items when selected.

I went to Power Automate to create a custom flow based on a trigger and populate the info as below.

I was able to save the flow, but when I tried to run the flow in sharepoint based on one item, the flow failed. The error showed this.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For business | Other
