This relates to MS Forms : I have a form with 5 sections. Problem: after answering the questions in section 2, I can only send the answers without being able to move to the next section. Thanks for your help!

Dear Serge,

Good day! Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, my understanding is after you answered questions in section 2, you don't see questions in other sections. If my understanding is right, I would like to know if you have added branching logic to your form or not. Please click "Add branching" of any questions, then check again.

If the situation is not related to "Add branching", I would like to collect more information to troubleshoot it.

  1. Please share some screenshots about "I can only send the answers without being able to move to the next section" and the description about how it should work.
  2. Does the situation happen to a specific form or also happen to other forms? You can create a new form to test.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

George | Microsoft Community Moderator
