Onenote working offline error

Hi, I’m having issues using Onenote on my iPad. I always get a banner at the top of the page saying “working offline (sign in required)”. This happens even when I am definitely connected to Wi-Fi, and even when I press the sign in button that the banner brings up and sign in to my university account, the banner reappears almost instantly. If anyone is able to help I’d really appreciate it,

    Per the description shared, I would like to summarize your situation i.e., you are using the OneNote app on the iPad and you are having sync issues when you are connected to Wifi.

    If my understanding is correct, we would like to convey that please don't close the Notebook or sign out from the OneNote app because if there is any content that is not synced to the cloud, the content is not synced will be gone.

    Coming to your scenario, we would like to confirm some following scenarios which will help us to better understand and move further:

    1. If you have connected to a different network or different wifi, do you have the same problem?
    2. Does the problem happens with a specific Notebook or all Notebooks?
    3. Please check whether your OneNote app is up to date. Open your App Store on iPad> Search for OneNote> See whether the OneNote is updated.
