近期收到microsoft365的续订自动扣款，但不知道是哪个账户订阅了此服务？

收到498元的microsoft365家庭版扣款通知后，查遍自己的账户，并未发现自己曾订阅过该服务，本人有订阅365教育版的教育邮箱，必然没有订购365家庭版的需求，而且个人邮箱也没有收到扣款前通知，电话技术支持客服说明没有具体账户不予退款。请问如何才能查询到此绑定本人支付宝的微软账户，订单号是否可以查询到。

    支付宝账单上有记录商家订单号，也就是微软的订单号，我认为微软自然会有该订单号的付款账户等相关信息，希望予以提供。

    正如提问中所说，并未在任何邮箱中收到扣款通知。我是近期在支付宝的账单中发现了microsoft365的已扣款账单，然后在个人所有邮箱中未发现扣款通知，也没有在微软账户中发现microsoft365的订阅和订单。因此想查询自己是否还存在其他遗漏账户无意中订购了microsoft365，亦或是他人账号恶意盗取并绑定本人支付宝。

    建议您向支付宝网站检查看看能否提供详细的信息，也建议您更改支付宝的密码或更改支付宝账号以防万一。
