What is the significance of Level and XP points displayed on top right hand side on the Microsoft Learn web page?
Not the reputation points earned on Q&A forum, I'm interested specifically in the Level & XP points.
It only show how many u learn or read in microsoft learn and the most important thing is the skill you learn should be meaningful for you and not simply earning the XP. ^^

Does one here can explain the purpose of those XP, bonus and Level?
From what I can see they are totally useless as they do not bring anything to the trainings.

From what I can tell you are correct and they serve no real purpose, save perhaps for bragging rights. Microsoft describes the Levels and XP as "gamification". I assume that means it tracks your progress similar to the way a game does, and so would appeal to gamers.

You are right on one side. But I think Microsoft is trying to establish a gamified learning system, where engineers or consultants can develop their skills and earn experience and trophies.
Then I imagine that in the future, maybe adding the level of experience on the CV could possibly be a good thing to show future recruiters that you have a fairly high level on the learn.microsoft platform
(much like Salesforce's trailhead logic).

No need to use experience points (XPs). You should complete modules to gain extra bonuses to reach higher levels of experience.

What is "XP" points.. or bonus to me?
