Split a column into multiple rows

Question

I brought a table of 55 records of data into excel that ended up as a single column of dates, numbers, and text that is one record in 14 rows. I've tried transpose, but it doesn't want to break at 14 columns. Is there any way to do this?

The previous is three records of data. I'm only interested in field 2 - Length, field 4 - Title, field 11 - Views, field 14 - likes.
