Problems subscribing Microsoft 365

Hello!
My organization is currently using Google Workspace and we want to change to Microsoft 365, we would like to start with the trial version of Microsoft 365 Business Premium, but when creating the account I get the following message:

Looks like you're already using ******@XXXXXX.cl with another Microsoft service. Sign in to use this account with this trial, or create a new account.

I am the administrator con Google Workspace and as far as I know there is no admin for the organization on Microsoft spaces, so Im pretty much stuck here.

Any insights? Thanks!

    Hi Daveskth,

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your requirement. In fact, if someone in your organization signed up for a free Microsoft service (such as Power BI or other free services) subscription that automatically associate your domain with an Microsoft 365 tenant, it will not allow to create different one. So please be kindly to check if anyone registered or not. If yes, you can take over such tenant created by that user.

In such case, you can take over such tenant created by users. You can do this with an internal admin takeover. To do that, please visit the article below and follow the steps provided. Here is the document: Perform an internal admin takeover.

If you have any other consult in the future, welcome to Microsoft Community.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Katherine
