White Line Under App In Start Menu

Hello All,

We have converted our app from electron to Windows Store. When we install and open the app it keeps showing a white line in the start menu. As soon as I close the app it goes away.

Can some please guide me that what can be the problem here?

    I have the same annoying problem happening when I create new user on my system. On main user everything works normal, but on every other user (local, admin, doesn't matter) some (Microsoft) apps have white line under, including Microsoft Store, and I cannot fix it via troubleshooter. It has to be something silly that causes this.

    You will see this icon when an app is performing an update or installation.
    I advise you to update Windows and open the Microsoft Store and check for update and install all updates.
    You may try to restart your PC.
    In some case, you might need to uninstall and re-install the app.
    If problem persist , report it using the Feedback Hub app.
