Hello !

I have a beta channel subscription and maybe you can you help me fix this error. Please

2 weeks ago I bought a new laptop that came with Windows 11 pro, so as usual I downloaded the excel version from my Microsoft account

where I replaced the previous laptop only with this one.

On the previous laptop I uninstalled Microsoft Office which had Windows 10 and I had no problem in 3 years when I downloaded the Excel updates.

So, on this laptop in the first week, I downloaded the updates without any problem, but since last week every time I try to check for updates, I get this error with the code 300088-27

I uninstalled and reinstalled Office, i went to the control panel and tried to fix the product from there, but no chance, this error occurs every time when i try to search for new updates on Excel.

Please help me!

Thank you so much in advance
